TextTiler is a word game where you drop letters into a 5×5 grid to create as many words as possible.

It is available for iOS on the Apple app store and Android on the Google Play Store.

For Daily games, try setting a target score:
– Easy: 100 points
– Medium: 200 points
– Hard: 300 points
On most days, reaching scores over 400 is possible.

Play a few rounds until you hit the target. The letter sequence is random and has no predetermined words, so some days will be easier than others. On hard days, the game can be brutal!

The score is calculated as 40 points for each 4-letter word and 80 points for each 5-letter word, plus 2 points per filled square in the grid. Getting multiple words in the same line is often the easiest way to reach high scores. For example, “flaps” will give points for “flaps,” “flap,” and “laps.” If you manage to fill every square in the grid (usually impossible), you get a bonus of 100 points for a “TextTotal.”
